Becky Shidlofsky was born in Mexico City and moved to Texas when she was in her teens. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Social Work degree. After working for Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services, Becky went back to school and got a teaching certificate. She spent the next several years teaching 1st and 2nd grade bilingual education in Dallas and then Austin. Shortly after the birth of her first son, she got her group fitness certification through AFAA and taught Stroller Fit. Becky is proud to say that both her boys graduated from Stroller Fit. In 2013, she got certified as a personal trainer through PFTA and currently teaches Kickboxing at a local martial arts studio along with teaching for WeViva. In her spare time, Becky is a devoted yogi and also enjoys dragging her husband to cross-fit classes.
