Frequently Asked Questions

List of frequently asked questions:

Is class really free? Do I need to pay anything?
Yes, it is really free! You don’t need to pay anything. When you get to class, you will be asked to fill out a waiver for participation (and childcare, if provided) and sign in.
Can I bring my children with me?

Depends on the location. Click here and it will tell you which locations have childcare services.

Can my kids participate in class with me?

Depends on their age. WeViva classes are geared towards adults, so we usually say that kids who are 10 and older can participate with their parents. Otherwise, we have on-site childcare or partner with a childcare provider to provide the free childcare classes concurrent with the adult fitness classes.

Are men allowed to come?

Yes!

What do I need to bring with me?

Workout shoes, water/waterbottle and a smile!

Where are your locations?

Do you have any volunteer opportunities?

I have never worked out before. Is it OK if I still come to a class?

Yes, of course!  We actually encourage you to come.  Just let the instructor know before hand so that he/she knows this.

If I don’t live in the area of the class, can I still come?

Yes, of course! All of our public classes are open classes. (We do have some classes that are closed to the public, but they are clearly labeled private classes.)
