Kristin Booth discovered yoga and meditation in high school as a way to help cope with stress and anxiety. After completing her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2014, she deepened her practice and found her passion for teaching others this ancient healing practice. She has traveled the world, most notably to Thailand to learn more meditation practices, and is also a Reiki healer.
In her classes, you’ll find breathwork, meaningful movement, and (hopefully) find peace.
